An intense, cherry color with violet hints. Lots of wild flowers and violet tones and notes of black fruits and licorice after swirling. Fresh and intense. Robust body, generous and structured with round tannins. The Tempranillo with which we make this wine comes from the area of Rioja Alta, specifically the Haro region. In this zone, with strong Atlantic influence and predominantly chalky clay soils, Tempranillo is at its best. It is here that we achieve the optimal maturation for the varietal, where the floral (violets) aromas, as well as the freshness and roundness of tannins are the main characteristics. We recommend drinking Zaco with tapas, pasta dishes, young cheeses, chicken, grilled vegetables and barbecue.
