Castello di Verduno - "Bellis Perennis" Pelaverga Bianco - 2018

Rather than plant a foreign variety or even Arneis or Cortese, the winery decided to experiment with their Pelaverga, a red varietal, making it with a white vinification technique. The resulting wine is a fresh, floral white with great texture and minerality, making it perfect to pair with light appetizers and lunches.
