From the second you pour the first glass, you are invited in with intriguing aromas of green apple, tangerine and honeysuckle blossoms. The taste is best described as exotic; with layers of peach, apricot nectar, green melon and pear, overlaid with subtle notes of citrus zest and spicy vanilla. It would take all the fun out of it if we told you exactly what was in the blend, but there are definitely components used in Conundrum year-after-year that define our signature profile. Aside from a dash of creativity and a lot of dedication, we consistently include Chardonnay for its weight and complexity, Sauvignon Blanc and Semillon for crisp acidity, Muscat Canelli for floral qualities and Viognier for unctuousness. The end result is a multi-layered, yet well-balanced wine, with subtlety and complexity.
