Domaine François Confuron-Gindre - Coteaux Bourguignons Rouge - 2016

A fine, quite lush, blackberry and raspberry scented bouquet. The palate is fruit forward and quite tensile on the entry. Silky, polished tannins add to an overall feeling of finesse, something that is hard to find at this level. The used oak is nicely integrated with a fresh and vibrant finish. This is a good red to serve as an aperitif or with lighter red meat dishes.
