Egly-Ouriet - Brut Tradition - Grand Cru Champagne - NV

This Champagne is made from 100% Grand Cru fruit with 90% from Grand Cru Ambonnay with the rest coming from Grand Cru Verzenay and Bouzy. A portion of the wine is fermented in barrel (20%), the remainder in tank. This wine is the workhorse of the domaine and represents over half of the production. More than any other cuvee, this announces the true style of Egly-Ouriet, showing a clear dominance of Ambonnay terroir.
