Golan Heights - Gilgal - Galilee Sauvignon Blanc - 2017

This wine exhibits pleasing guava, pineapple, lemon, peach, and melon fruit characters, balanced out with a light grassiness. Light to medium-bodied, this aromatic wine is flavorful and refreshing.   The wine goes wonderfully with grilled lemon and rosemary chicken, classic fish and chips, or goat cheese and spinach lasagna.
