Hangar One - Vodka Chipotle (750ml)

Hangar One distiller Lance Winters experiments constantly. Every once in a while, he makes something so incredible that a small batch is made and bottled. We never know how much of these we'll have, or when they appear. We call these wonders the Alchemist Series. Lance first distilled a Chipotle vodka in 2007. Lance and Dave just finished a new batch (~1600 cases), which we bottled in early 2009. It's a bit different than the 2007 version, and includes some pasillas along with jalapeños, habaneros, Fresnos, and bell peppers.
