A four year old blend of selected Grenache parcels. Grapes harvested over-ripe, completely de-stemmed, temperature-controlled fermentation stopped by fortifying with spirit, 15-day maceration. The wine is aged in barrels topped up once a year and bottled after 4 years of gentle oxidation. - Additional Information
