Can I pay with a PO / Purchase Order?
Yes, you can pay with PO for ordering in New York City. Please contact us and we will send you instructions on how to place your first order.
How many days in advance can I schedule an order?
You can schedule an order up to 60 days in advance. You enter the delivery date and time during checkout in the Order Instructions section.
Can I send delivery to multiple addresses?
Yes, you can send delivery to multiple addresses. Delivery options are available by selecting DELIVERY TO MULTIPLE ADDRESSES link. If you can not find it, please contact us and we will send it to you.
When can I expect my products to arrive?
Local delivery is usually completed within 1 hour, unless you request a delivery at later date and time.
Can I make changes to my order?
You can make changes to an order by contacting our partner store directly, if the order has not left the store.
How do I purchase a gift on your site?
Ordering gifts is very easy. Simply enter the recipient's name and shipping information during the checkout process. You can provide additional instructions or gift message during the checkout process as well.
Can I return products delivered to me?
Our partner stores do not accept returns on unused products, but if something is wrong with anything you received please email us immediately.
Where can you ship products?
Currently we ship to certain states in United States. Shipping times usually vary between 3-7 days. We do not ship to AL, AK, AR, CO, DE, FL, HI, IA, ID, KS, KY, LA, MA, MN, MD, MS, NC, ND, NH, PA, SD, TX, VA, WA or WI.
